Template to rotate hour and minute rings 'at the hour' (or minute) with smooth transition.
ie: NOT incremental jump movement like {dh}*30 or {dm}*6
You'll see what I mean when you see the minute or hour change....
Not new or spectacular but useful to have the formulae in a template...
Reverse the formulae to rotate the other direction.
