I cleaned up the edge of his face a bit, changed the red pidgeon from a second hand to a minute hand and added code to allow you to set the watch for your local time.
In order to use this watch, you must first set it up for your local time zone. When you first load the watch face up, Big Ben is pointing up at the 12 o'clock position showing London time. If London is not in your local time zone, tap at the bottom of the dial to advance the graphic one time zone at a time until you get to your local time zone. Once you've got the graphic positioned so that your local time zone is pointing up, tap the center of the face and the watch should be ready to use. Tap the center again to restart the process.
