Opulence Ancient Mariner Weather/Chrono Modification

This is a modification of Frank Dufaux's fantastic Ancient Mariner face. I always loved this face and wanted to do something with it. Recent works in the WM community inspired me to do some dynamic weather images for different conditions and times of day, and a temperature wheel to go with the weather scenery. The stopwatch works on this version too, and resets automagically when you flip the switch off.
