Everything rotates around the hour. Tap the center for colour change. The symbol at the top turns the "flashlight" on and off. The symbol at 1 o'clock brings up the screen for setting the start and end hours for your workday*.
*As of right now, the workday progress wheel doesn't work right if your shift starts in the PM and ends in the AM hours. If one of you code gurus could take a peek and whizbang it out for me, I'd be much obliged!
