Posted this a while back, I just edited the dim markers. There is no flat tire in case you were wondering.
To operate the GMT, you have to set your time zone 3 to London, tap the date to rotate the bezel, the location you want needs to be at the 12 o'clock marker, once there, the GMT hand will be pointing at the 24hr time on the bezel
