As simple as it gets. Just tap centre to show tap zones. Tap at 3 and 9 o'clock to change colour of seconds hand. Set complication 1 to Next Alarm, 2 to Fit Steps and 3 to Unread Notifications. Tap 12 o'clock to change to digital clock. That's it.
