Touch the center of the watch face to enter the settings mode.
Touch each sub dials to cycle trough 3 modes: Date, Zulu time, day.
Touch the battery indicator to cycle from watch power reserve to phone power reserve.
Touch the right side of the digital time to park the hands at 4:20.
Touch the left side of the digital time to cycle from time to weather.
The Zulu time is coded to timezone 1.
