it is a Longines Asthmometer-Pulsometer Chronograph, right dial is start/stop left dial is reset, center is zoom if the bezel is to much, hands are from Terry Zahn.
Usage is start the stopwatch count 30 pulses then stop the stopwatch, red numbers gives pulse rate
Same for respiration but count 5 full breaths and read the blue numbers
