Left sub-dial shows watch battery level (outer ring) and temperature (F) by default (for those on Celcius, I changed the default to phone battery level to keep the 0-100 scale). Tap on left sub-dial to scroll through sunset / sunrise times (outer ring) and local 24 hour hand and then your three time zones. Tapping on lower sub-dial toggles labels for the left sub-dial on and off.
I pulled together a number of community resources and reworked them in an external vector program for this one so bear with me for the credits. The brilliant markers are from +Cyrille Le Ray, the hands are redrawn and modified by me but based on hands found on Watchawear by +Hamilton H Hiott. Sub-dial hands by +Terry Zahn. Finally, I must apologize but I cannot find the G+ post where the artist shared the copper and dark green metallic backgrounds that I have used here. If you recognize your work, please do let me know so that I can properly acknowledge you!
