Tap top to lock/unlock tap areas. Tap center to zoom. Tap right to cycle thru dim modes. Tap bottom to temporarily display battery level, date and WatchMaker preset complications 1 and 2. To read world time, simply find the city for the time zone you desire. Read the 24 hour number next to the city. Dont forget to adjust for daylight savings time if it is observed in the location. The red hand is the 24 hour time for your preset second time zone.
